I’m Office Manager & Production Team Supervisor at LAFAYETTE DMC.

Originally from the South-West of France, Isabelle began her career in Paris in the high-end hospitality sector (luxury hotels and restaurants, Maison de Prestige on the Champs Elysées, restaurants designed by Philippe Stark). Her most recent experience in Paris was in the EMEA sales office for the Radisson group, where she later joined the logistical and operational organization of an incoming agency on the Côte d’Azur as European Sales Manager. Arriving in Nice in 2010, she has a thorough knowledge of the Cote d’Azur and Provence, a thorough grasp of the ins and outs of the events business, and excellent relations with local players, who are also key to a successful event. In September 2022, she has the opportunity to join the French Riviera by Lafayette DMC agency and the Cannes office as Agency Manager. A great adventure in Cannes with some amazing events!

• What I like about my job?

I am a passionate person, involved in everything I do. I do love all the human relationships. This industry allows me to meet a lot of people from different culture, countries, this is so rewarding! No routine, things change every day!

• How I got into the profession?

I started first in the luxury hotels industry which is linked with the event industry; we have a range of possibilities to grow in our huge and amazing field of activities. I love the choice that I made. I wake up every morning with this energy. This is not a job… this is more than a job, a passion!

• What is my passion, my hobby?

Travelling, hiking especially in the mountain, fooding and wines lover!

• Fun fact about myself ?

I hate unfairness and bad faith!
