Thank you SO much for everything you did to make the IBA Conference in Paris such a huge success! The entire operation was completely faultless and highly professional and we are greatly indebted to you. We had nothing but positive comments from our client and all the delegates.
The Welcome Party and Closing Party were a real wow factor and we will remember them for many years to come. You have set the bar very high for future years! It was a great pleasure working with you all and it really was friends working with friends.
A big shout out to Debbie also for that faultless transport operation on Sunday. You exceeded all our expectations there. It was a fantastic effort and meticulously planned.
And a very big thank you for the lovely presents. My husband says I look very stylish (and that is even before I have drunk the Champagne). I love them!

Really wanted to take a moment again to thank you for your partnership and hard work on this tour.
Far too often it is taken for granted when everything runs smoothly and not recognized.
Lucas – you really have a special team here, inclusive of Carole, Sandrine, Cecile, Frederic, all drivers and additional guides in Eze and Cannes.

Hi Lucas,
Once I got home and the adrenaline of the past few months evaporated, I crashed. I had to take some time to recover and am happy to report I feel pretty good today.
But I miss Monaco, the Hermitage, the sunshine, and everyone I was lucky enough to work with!
I want to say that I would happily work with Terhi and Carina again tomorrow. They did a fantastic job juggling all the details and assuring a flawless experience for the group.
Roby and Samia were beyond wonderful taking care of the individuals at the Hospitality Desk.
I didn’t have enough interaction with the guides, but our people were so happy with all tours. Zero problems or complaints.
I thank you so much for ALL the help, all the answers you gave me during the endless planning.
I hope I have the opportunity to come back with another group before too long.
And I hope you get a good break from all the groups soon ad take that trip to Porto!
